JOB OVERVIEW

We are an IT Business Solutions company looking to add a Help Desk Support individual to our growing team! Someone who will fit in with our culture and business.

Who we are looking for…

One with a passion for technology and the desire and ability to learn. Also, a moderate level understanding of computers and technology. An individual who has vision, is self-motivated, can think outside the box, and a problem solver. Strong communication skills are important. Keen attention to detail is important. Please reference that if you apply. Consider it the first test before an interview. The ability to interact and understand customers is a must. A sense of ownership and personal commitment in your work. Someone who enjoys collaborating with experienced professionals. Accountability for the good and the bad. Most importantly someone who loves what they do.

Experience and/or knowledge that may help you land this job …

• Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems (7, 8, 8.1, 10,11)
• Apple iOS
• Microsoft Office 365 and Related Desktop Productivity Software Suites
• Microsoft Collaboration Software (Teams, Yammer, and SharePoint)
• RMM or Help Desk Management Software
• Help Desk ticketing experience
• Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection (or similar)
• Wireless Technologies (802.11, Cellular, GPS)


Additional experience that is great but not required ...

• Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2008, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022)
• Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and Related Server Software Applications
• Azure Cloud service
• Microsoft Line of Business Applications (Dynamics CRM and SL)
• Microsoft IIS, RemoteApp, DirectAccess, Always on VPN, DFRS, FSRM
• Cisco Meraki Infrastructure
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching, Cabling)
• Voice and Data Services (Telecom, VoIP, DSL, Cable, Fiber)
• Desktop and Network Security Software and Appliances
• Additional Virus Removal, Data Recovery, and Backup Solutions
