Trinity Church in Chicago ( ---------- ) is seeking a full-time Administrator for long-term employment. The role will involve a variety of logistical and task-based activities. This includes planning, written communication, some phone calls (very infrequent), scheduling, ordering, projects, and becoming familiar with various online ---------- ndidates must be detail-oriented and process-driven, quick to learn and good at problem solving, as well as consistent at meeting deadlines.

Full-time means a forty (40) hour work week typically Monday to Friday at $4 USD per hour. The candidate must agree to these hourly expectations:

1) March through October 6am-2pm/3pm; November through February 5am-1pm/2pm local Philippine Standard Time (PHT). These times are due to Daylight savings which are observed in the USA from the second Sunday in March through to the first Sunday in November.
2) Additional hours are possible if desired.
3) The very rare exception of up to a sixty (60) hour week may be requested under exceptional circumstances (has not actually happened before).
4) Occasional weekend availability may be necessary, but is not normal.
5) Hours may become more flexible in the ---------- pending on the candidates strengths, the role may evolve in the future. The candidate must demonstrate good character and suitable skills to match the ---------- ndidates must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to the success of our organization. The Administrator reports directly to the Team Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

- A Bible believing Christian.
- Effectively speaks and writes English.
- Detailed, organized, follows direction, thinks ahead, asks clarifying questions.
- Must love checklists and calendars!
- Ideally has experience volunteering or working in a church.
- Preferably holds qualifications, or corresponding achievements, in relevant fields.
- Able to employ problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Values establishing, tweaking, and maintaining organizational systems.
- Quickly becomes proficient in new tools, software, and services.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
- Able to work from alternative locations if their personal internet connection goes down.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SMALL GROUPS ADMINISTRATION:
The Administrator is responsible for the logistics of church Small Groups: planning key events, streamlining the calendar, preparing documents, sending timely emails and text messages, making related Social Media posts, organizing promotional media, managing online sign up forms, monitoring Group sign ups, vetting curriculum, weekly and semester-based ---------- URCH SERVICE PREPARATION:
Working 1-2 months ahead, follow the service preparation checklist to ensure all key elements, information, and volunteers are properly accounted for and scheduled. Additionally, with remote computer access, set up weekly slides, song lyrics, scriptures, videos, and graphics. Training will be given.

FOLLOW-UP:
Consistently send out pre-written responses welcoming guests, congratulating volunteers, thanking givers, requesting online reviews, and other predetermined responses.

NEWSLETTER:
Create and send our weekly email newsletter every Monday.

SCHEDULING:
Send promotional communications, reminders, and volunteer requests, for ongoing events such as Growth Track, Equipping Groups, Leadership Academy, ---------- nd attendance ---------- LENDAR:
Add, update, and remove events and event details from Trinity’s schedule. Identify potential conflicts and overprogramming. Suggest strategic changes.

PLANNING CENTER ONLINE:
Master and manage the PCO suite of services and provide assistance to volunteers. Training will be given.

FLEXIBLE: As a key participant in our organization, the Administrator is expected to be flexible and willing to assist with other tasks if or when they arise.

PAID VACATION:
Five paid vacation days in the first year (cannot be used in the first four months). Five additional paid days each year up to twenty days maximum.

NATIONAL HOLIDAYS:
Those working full-time (30+ hours per week) will be paid for the following National Holidays if they fall on a working day: Chinese New Year, People Power Revolution, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, The Day of Valor (Bataan Day), Labor Day, Eid'l Fitr, Independence Day, Eidul Adha, Ninoy Aquino, National Heroes Day, All Saint's Day, All Soul's Day, Bonifacio Day, Immaculate Conception Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Rizal Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year’s Day.

13th MONTH BONUS:
December double pay (paid at the end of November).

MATERNITY/PATERNITY TIME-OFF:
Maternity is one hundred and five (105) days. Paternity is seven (7) days for the first four (4) children. Since this type of leave is covered through SSS, Trinity does not compensate for it.

HEALTH INSURANCE:
Private health insurance for those working full-time is offered after the first full year.
