Hello there! We are JRB MEDIA ( ---------- ) a fast-growing Google Ads Marketing Agency with multiple e-commerce stores looking for an enthusiastic and professional, Senior Google Ad Media Buyer (WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERT, NOT A JUNIOR)

The Role:

We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join and play an important role in our expanding Performance Marketing team. This role will be responsible for paid search (Google) including Google Shopping, Google Merchant Centre and Youtube Campaign management, as well as managing international Amazon advertising campaigns.

Working in a fast-paced marketing team you will be able to develop and apply your skills to global ad campaigns with real-time feedback.

The performance team is at the forefront of digital marketing, and we are a Google Ads Partner. When it comes to collaborating and testing new advertising products and ---------- the past year alone we’ve worked on global world-first solutions with many of the big social ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be launching, managing and optimising campaigns for Google, Youtube and Amazon Ads.
- Performing daily optimisation tasks for paid Google campaigns, including creating new campaigns, keyword research and expansion, bid optimisations, budget management, audience segment optimisation, and ad copy optimisation.
- Regularly conducting and keeping records of conversion optimisation tests (A/B, split testing, etc) to continually improve performance.
- Analysing attribution models across multiple channels
- Using data and analytics (sales, performance, Google Analytics etc) to share opportunities for growth
- Managing and optimising multiple Shopping and Data Feeds
- Reviewing creative and briefing the creative team on what is performing
- Working with the marketing team on product launch campaigns and broader marketing initiatives.
- Reporting to clients daily, weekly and monthly
- Jumping on meetings with both the JRB Media team and the clients

About you:

- Possess excellent communication & time management skills coupled with high attention to detail
- You will be highly organised with the ability to plan and schedule your work
- You’re experienced and certified in building and optimising AdWords campaigns
- You’re experienced in Google Analytics.
- Experience in Google Ads or advertising for ecommerce brands.
- You have experience with Amazon advertising or are super keen to work in this space.
- You have strong written skills with the ability to write ENGLISH ad copy that gets attention and drives action
- A fast learner who can adapt quickly to change and work in a fast-paced startup environment
- You are a data-driven and analytical thinker
- Fluent English
- Not Lazy and Not Full Of Excuses

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year Google Ad experience
- Must be proficient in English
- Know how to use Slack for communications


Google Ad Questions For You To Answer;
1. How would you analyse data for Pmax
2. How will you scale a standard shopping campaign doing well?
3. What will happen when you'll add multiple ad groups in standard shopping and Pmax
4. How will make sure your campaign just targets new customers
5. What's the difference between targeted and observation mode in the audience
6. Do you need a separate campaign for retargeting or it can be done in the same campaign and how?
7. Your conversion values have been dropped while At are the same. What are the possible REASONS?
8. How can you increase your ad score?
9. How would you rate yourself in merchant centre optimization? What are the steps for the same?
10. What are custom labels? How and when to create them

We are looking to grow very quickly in the next few months and this position will allow for opportunities to be moved to incentive-based pay and a salary increase.

Monthly Pay: $800 USD + BONUS

Currently, you must be able to work at least 30hrs/week (5hrs per day, Monday-Saturday)
