Shopify Virtual Assistant

Hey there! Holistic Pet Blend is looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with social media posting/content, customer support and Shopify product management. We are specifically looking for someone who loves their pets!

First, a little about the business.... Holistic Vet Blend is a startup pet supplement company who values a healthy lifestyle for both their pets and themselves. Founded by a vet, they believe in homemade diet recipes for animals. They offer premix supplements to make meals that are complete and balanced.

Required skills & attributes:

We are looking for a full-time, organized and hard-working social media marketing assistant to help her in the day to day of running her business. Ideally this candidate would mirror the values of her company which include:

*Empower pet lovers to cook healthy food for pets
*Sustainable and environmentally friendly
*Pet ownership and holistic care

Responsibilities:

We need a self-starter, goal-driven, creative and detail-oriented person who can grasp instructions quickly. Someone who is able to take charge and complete the following tasks with minimal supervision:

*Shopify or e-commerce experience
*growth mindset and continual learners
*Canva
*Social Media Experience - We are looking for someone to repurpose the large amounts of content the company already has on hand. Basic video editing skills are required
*Klaviyo experience would be wonderful

Frequently used tools include:

-Canva
-Zoom
-Monday
-Shopify
-Social Media Apps (Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok)
-Klaviyo (for weekly news templates and blogpost)
-ShipBob (Fulfillment company)
-Stripe/Paypal
-Returnly (for returns process)

A few other things you might need to know:
*Dody works in the PST time zone and preferably looking for someone who can work with her from 9AM - 1PM PST.
*She loves doing pet recipes and is very excited to start and expand her business, especially in areas of advertising and marketing.


We are only interested in candidates for this position who are looking for full-time, long-term work. This position is for Dody’s assistant only, so please don’t apply if you are interested in building an agency or plan to move on to another career.
