JOB OVERVIEW

Our company provides remote support to small business owners worldwide who have Wordpress websites.
I need an additional team member who:

* Will be consistantly available and contactable during their contracted hours!
* Can communicate in good English with clients by email, IM and on the phone (skype) - bearing in mind our clients are NOT technical!
* Knows the capabilities of WordPress and has an understanding of Internet Marketing
* Can see the bigger picture when it comes to Website design, and will help our clients get awesome finished sites, quickly,
* Will take away our clients tech problems, and someone who will not just action their requests but will make suggestions to make their sites even better.
* Has top customer service skills - I need someone who forms a relationship with our clients.

Please note this is NOT a design or SEO role! This a technical support role - you will be responsible for understanding our clients needs, and working with other team members to ensure those needs are not just met, but exceeded.
