Virtual Medical Assistant

We are opening a virtual medical practice focused on treating pain with alternative (non-medication) approaches. We are seeking a virtual medical assistant fluent in English to interface with our patients. We are looking for medical assistants with a medical background such as nursing. We need someone willing to work US business hours (8am to 5pm).

Job Responsibilities:
- Checking in with patients via text on a regular basis
- Providing personalized, concierge services to patients
- Scheduling doctor appointments on behalf of patients
- Reminding patients of scheduled appointments
- Following up with patients after appointments to collect information and documents
- Helping guide the patient in their journey to reducing pain
- Maintaining positive, encouraging support to patients
