Goal - To expand RV Rental Biz

To do this we need to get more RV’s. There are 2 ways to do this.

Buy them - Trouble is it ties up MY money and I can’t get many, its more of a “slow growth”
Convenience owners to let me manage “their” RV’s - advantage is that I don’t have to use my money to acquire them and at 35% the margins aren't too ---------- ase I - Convince owners to let me manage their RV’s but How?

Need to plant the seed but how?
Market and Advertise - Create Social Media accounts aimed at attracting RV owners, RV owner forums and the like
Flyers or something to attach to parked RVs that we would like to see in our ---------- nd messages to RV owners that advertise on RV share and Outdoorsy to see if they might be interested in handing over the management of their RV over to us.
Find and other ways to identify RV owners, be it via facebook groups, forums, magazines aimed at rv owners, youtube, a sign close to where a lot of RV’s pass etc
Contact owners that are trying to SELL their RV’s and see if they would consider instead of selling the RV’s to allow us to rent them on their behalf so they can get regular revenue
Attend Trade shows to connect with more people
A CRM so that once an owner is identified that a series of informative emails get sent to them to try and close them.

SKILLS - You will need to be proficient in English and your grammar must be impeccable.
HOURS - Hours can be flexible but this will be a full-time position.
PAY - You will be paid a base rate of $10-$14 per hour, plus an additional $200 bonus per new RV that we bring on under management. There is no ceiling to how many bonuses you will receive. This will help focus your attention on what the ultimate goal is.
