Migrate to GA4 - Create analytics dashboard

Hello, we're looking to migrate from Google Universal Analytics to GA4. We need it set up in a way that works for us to use our data. We also use VWO.

I'd also like help setting up initial analytics dashboard to create monthly reports and track important decision-making data. We haven't been using GA for its full potential and need help getting started.
