Video Editor: Ads, Facebook, IG, Youtube , Tik TOK

Looking for someone who can help produce video ads for Facebook/IG, Youtube and Tik Tok,
Many videos will be short, no more than 45 seconds to 1.5 minutes,
Need to know kinetic typography and motion graphics (not the crap from cheesy video apps)
Need to know how to bring in assets, transitions, etc.
Need to know Adobe Premier and possibly after effects, Davinici or similar tools
Must have a portfolio of videos in Google Drive (Not Dropbox)
Must also leave a ---------- number and or Skype
