Senior Tech Assistant

Digital Publishing Company looking for someone with significant experience using Infusionsoft/Keap and very savvy with manipulating spreadsheets and databases.

This person will serve as an assistant to our chief systems architect, and will need to be able to function well with tasks such as list cleanup and list hygiene, working with email service providers on cleaning up internal lists, and much more.

Must have 2+ years of experience using Infusionsoft/Keap, and be very knowledgeable of the software/platform – ie, with minimal hand-holding and be able to jump into IFS-related tasks quickly. Experience working with spreadsheets on a high level is also a must – manipulating, creating macros/functions, etc. Experience with Clickfunnels or other marketing funnel softwares also highly recommended.

Applicants from everywhere welcome, but preference is for the ability to work between 9am and 5pm US Eastern Time. Good English-speaking proficiency preferred (for communication with us on tasks, etc).
