I am interviewing candidates. Here's how:

#1 - Reach out and tell me about your work and life balance. I want to know your story! It helps me learn soft skills when you let me know about home life before we talk about your skills (I can read the skill set on your profile easy enough). I merely want to know the people on my ---------- l me about your spiritual beliefs, you family, your recreation. What are you reading? Are you going to university? What is your dream? If you could wave a magic wand, where would you see yourself in 5 years from now? What is your vision for your future?

Let's begin with #1 first.

#2 - Next steps will be a series of emails and ---------- takes me 7-10 days to fully do the interview (because this is a permanent gig, I have to screen my candidates before I hire them).
