To continue bringing life to our quality products, we need you. We're now expanding our Marketing Department to include a talented Photo Editor to help us expand our digital outreach.

About You
We are looking for a creative Photo Editor to carry out assignments by selecting, editing and positioning photos in an aesthetically pleasing manner. You should be able to create photo content to compliment our brand style and image. High Performing Photo Editors are team players who enhance the customer experience with beautiful photographic arrangements. You should have expert knowledge of modern photo editing techniques, be able to visualize brand concepts, and work according to project requirements and deadlines.

Objectives of this position
Collaborate on projects to obtain input from management and integrate editorial feedback
Visualize and develop artistic edits using appropriate tools, media, and/or technologies
Ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards and brand expectations
Complete projects independently and collaboratively within given deadlines

Responsibilities
Identify photography needs by reviewing product photos and editing to make necessary changes
Manipulate photos to achieve the highest quality using modern editing techniques
Edit videos artistically by inserting appropriate dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and basic special effects
Stay up to date with new image editing technologies
Select and edit photos (lifestyle/studio) that complement the content provided for posts on social media platforms (eg: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Required Skills and Qualifications
High proficiency with photo-editing software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, InDesign, etc.)
Thorough knowledge of photo manipulation/computer imaging, photographic techniques, and color composition
Proven work experience as a photo editor with strong photo editing skills and excellent portfolio
Creative skills along with basic Video Editing skills
Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects
Ability to work to a tight schedule
Ability to translate ideas into complete projects
Creative mind with an eye for detail and storytelling skills
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets
Comfortable working 8 AM - 5 PM EST

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in photography, visual arts, digital media or related field
3+ years professional experience in a photo editing role
Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training
Knowledge of US market, current trends, and best practices
