Customer service agent

This position consists of handling all inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments for clients, and calling clients about past-due payments. You will also be trained in other areas to assist the team where needed. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and become an important piece of our team. Having experience in speaking English is very important in this role. The shifts for this position will be from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m central time this is part of the requirement for this position.
