Hi there! My name is John He (You can find me here on Linkedin: ---------- ), and I have been running a Marketing System Automations business in Toronto, Canada for the past 5 ---------- sentially, I help marketing agencies, coaches and real estate companies streamline operations and client retention, saving them 30+ hours through our 3-phase NEXUS Automation Systems.

Previously my team and I consistently got results for our clients. For example, we helped a coaching company streamline their onboarding process and created custom automations to save their team 20 hours of work and reduced their onboarding from 5 days to 2 days onboarding time max. We also focus on client retention systems that have helped marketing companies be able to track sales appointments to revenue generated for their clients. This resulted in increased CLV to longer-term contract deals!

My vision is to be a purpose-driven company that gets results and becomes one of the top recommended in the industry. I want to help 50+ companies to scale online with our system implementation in the next 12 months and beyond.

I'm looking for someone to become my system automation expert and right-hand assistant. This is a role that is UNLIKE anything you've ever seen before. I know many of you apply for "marketing automation" roles, where you never really form a strong, genuine relationship with your employer.

So now, you might be wondering: What is the job role, responsibilities and what are the requirements?

THE ROLE:
- Techical and problem-solving
- Manage and execute automation projects
- Day to Day performing business automation and optimization tasks
- Include but not limitied to using gohighlevel to improve workflow of processes and systems, using Zapier & Integromat/Make to integrate tools and systems together.
- Provide exceptional support to the internal team and clients in regards to technical & automation support, onboarding, offboarding, account & campaign creation and other resposibilities highligihted below.
- Will have direct access to the CEO (me) of the company

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create business process automation using workflows in GoHighlevel
- Create business process automation using Zapier & Integromat
- Manage and execute tasks in Asana
- Continually monitor and maintain client accounts and relationships
- Make sure all client issues are sovled and their system is fully operational
- Detailed knowlege of application functions, bug fixing, troubleshooting and testing protocals.
- Implement best-fit automation framework and corresponding tests.
- Create new developments for internal company
- Work with IT Division staff and ensure thier sub-products are up to standard quality
- Actively communicate with the client success and media buying departments about any tech related issues or changes that could affect the systems
- Attend daily meetings
- Coach tea ---------- mbers and clients in use, tips, and troubleshooting for GHL CRM and other Software Tools used in thier systems
- Form, survey creation and management
- Miscellaneous tasks relating to client and team, as needed
- Full-time position: Between 30-40 hours a week depending on schedule
- Learning the overview of NLA services and operating mode
- Report your daily KPI's to the team to keep yourself accountable
- Highly proactive and communicative to tea ---------- mbers for support to ensure successful completed of task and deadlines
- High attention to details
- Ability to learn, adapt and just google it, then ask tea ---------- mbers for assistance

You will be working on a number of different projects/accounts at the same time. To perform the role, here are the overall requirements.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years setting up accounts, domains, triggers, campaigns, twilio, mailgun, & workflows in GoHighlevel
- 1+ years using zapier and Integromat/make automation experience and knowledge
- Expert knowledge with Zapier and Integromat/make automations
- Proficient with Clickup or related project manager tools
- Great ability to organize and prioritize to meet task deadlines
- Great problem solving and next level research skills
- Follow & create SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures

NICE TO HAVES:
(Not mandatory, but these will give you an edge and you should mention them in your application)
- Excel/sheets - formulas and dashboards
- Google data studios
- Funnel Building (drag and drop)
- HTML, CSS, Javascript

THE COMPENSATION:
This job can start off at $6.50 USD/Hour, and there is a LOT of room to grow. The person for this role would be making $5-9 USD/hour 9-12 months from now, and possibly even $10+ USD/hour 2-3 years from now. We will be having a quarterly salary call review based on performance, accountability and other factors.

Plus I will offer bonuses/incentives for accounts-managed results performed for clients. Please note that the hourly rate is negotiable based on your experience but will be closer to the rates mentioned above.
