Cambiata is looking for a long-term, full time software developer. We are developing the best developer tools and services in the world, and want you to join the team. And this means completely rethinking how developers write software. If this sounds interesting to you,
We are currently hiring multiple developers, so please send in your application even if it's been a few weeks since this was posted.
Requirements
- You can code in a general purpose programming language (for example, C++, Go, JavaScript, Rust, or Python)
- Proficient in using Git and GitHub
- Can create novel solutions to hard problems
- You learn quickly and can apply what you learn
- You question the status quo, always looking to find a better solution
You do not need to know a specific language, technology, or framework. We will teach you everything you need to
What you'll do:
- Design, write, and maintain high-quality code
- Collaborate closely with our other engineers
Our current projects are all about creating a new coding language, an ecosystem for that language (like a package manager, formatter) and UI framework for the web. So you'll likely be actively working on that. If you've never created a coding language, we'll help you learn all the skills you need to succeed in this role.
However, we will soon be expanding and needing other developers, such as web developers. So even if you aren't interested in creating the new coding language, we still want to hear from you. We are primarily looking for talented, ambitious developers and will find a good project that meets your interests.
Our values
- Ordinary people can do extraordinary things
- We take care of each other
