About the company:

I am a solo entrepreneur who runs a full-time Print on Demand business (don’t worry- you’ll fully learn what this is through training!). After building up this ecommerce business I also began coaching others how to start their own successful business in this industry. This coaching business has grown into a community of like-minded individuals all working on growing their online businesses together.


This community is supportive, helpful and caring. We share in each other's wins and help eachother grow.

What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a part-time superstar Community Manager who will join our team to take over the community management and eventually help with Customer Service as well. This will include helping respond to comments within our community >>facebook community group, tiktok and YouTube supporting others trying to learn Print on Demand.

We are searching for someone who is collaborative, friendly, and excited to learn.

You will be reporting directly to… me! I am looking for a partner to grow with and for someone that wants to grow with the business.

What your day would look like:
As a Community Manager you will be spearheading the engagement within our ---------- om helping those within our coaching community, to helping guide more general questions from other social media platforms.

On top of that, there will be occasional more general VA projects to help new initiatives when they arise.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include
• Helping guide questions from our Private Facebook Group (Don’t worry- you’ll be trained before!)
• Helping answer social media questions
• Find trends on TikTok
• Help with customer service on Etsy
• Uploading designs to Etsy and other Print on Demand sites
• Ad hoc tasks


Required Skills
This role will begin with training and all of the resources you’ll need to help you gain the knowledge needed prior to starting but there are some requirements needed of this individual to be successful in this role:

• Fluent in English: excellent written and verbal skills
• Experience in a customer support role
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Hands on experience with social media management
• Knowledge of TikTok, YouTube and Facebook
• Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver

Optional but big pluses:
• Experience with Etsy
• Experience with Print on Demand (Printify/Printful)
• Experience with eCommerce
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Experience with coaching programs

Position and Pay

The position is starting as a part time community manager with the opportunity to move full time as the company grows. Starting salary is $350USD per month for 2 hours per day Monday - Friday
