Need SEO Specialist/ Link Builder with great keyword research skills for Niche Sites

I'm looking for an experienced SEO for a long term position.

You'll be in charge of doing keyword research and link building for different niche sites. I'll give you a very specific process to follow for each site, but I'm very open to hear new suggestions to improve the process.

Requirements:
-You must know how to evaluate competition in terms of SEO
-How to choose proper keywords to rank high in Google
-Know how to use Market Samurai
-How to use the Google Adwords Keyword Tool efficiently (although you'll also be using Market Samurai)
-Have a great level of English
-Be able to work and solve problems on your own
-Have a good and stable broadband Internet connection (this is a MUST, since you'll be constantly using online tools)
-Be available through Skype.

Tasks:
-Articles submission to article directories like Ezinarticles
-Create web profiles on sites like Squidoo or Hubpages
-Create free blogs on sites like wordpress.com or blogger.com
-I want you to focus 100% on SEO, so you wont be in charge of article writing.
-Content manager: you'll be in charge of selecting which content needs to be written.

You'll be using also the following tools, so if you have experience on them that's a plus:
-The Best Spinner
-Unique Article Wizard
-SocialMarker.com (or Bookmarking Demon)
-Blog Blueprint

Steps to apply for this job:
