Bodhi Dog, a family-owned small business that provides high-quality and naturally-derived pet products, is looking for an Amazon Operations Manager. The person in this role will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for managing the company's Amazon Seller Central account. Tasks will include monitoring and improving listings, assisting with inventory management, monitoring customer support issues, and interfacing with Amazon regarding any seller or product issues.
Our company has over 100 listings, and this number continues to increase. We utilize flat files to manage our listings, and the right person will have experience and be comfortable working with flat files. The Operations Manager must be comfortable managing a large number of products, which requires excellent organizational skills and attention to
Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, organized, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems in ambiguous
Tools we use include ClickUp, Helium 10, and Google docs tools. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our processes, and the operations manager will assist with evaluating tools and developing SOPs as required.

Job Details:

* Desired hours: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM or 2:00 AM - 10:00 AM Philippines time (PHST - UTC +8)
* Up to $1500 USD/mo compensation, based on expertise
Core Responsibilities:
* Manage Amazon listing catalog utilizing the Amazon listing editor & flat files.
* Identify data and listing errors and engage Amazon support to resolve issues.
* Research keywords to optimize product listings and improve product ranking.
* Create, submit, monitor, and escalate any disputes and appeals with Amazon.
* Quickly develop, submit and follow-up on Plans of Action to Amazon as required.
* Monitor and maintain brand and seller account health.
Requirements:
* Must have own computer & reliable Internet connection.
* Expert-level written English communications.
* Deep understanding of the Amazon Seller Central and FBA environment.
* Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Comfortable working with Excel/Google spreadsheets.
Preferred Experience:
* Amazon Seller Central: 2 Years
* Jungle Scout or Helium 10: 2 Years
* Excel or Google Sheets: 2 Years
* Bonus points for experience with Shopify, Walmart, Target+ and/or other eCommerce marketplaces
