I created a video course to teach a simple way to grow a ---------- focuses on working on projects that are available from the US federal government. I would like to hire someone to help me market this course.

I would like to see reporting that can demonstrate that you were able to grow an audience starting from 0.

I am open to different marketing approached but they must be low cost.
