Video Editor For YT Crypto Channel

I am looking for a full time Video/Shorts Editor for my YouTube Channel.

I am looking for someone who is experienced in editing YouTube cryptocurrency videos and has knowledge and interest of cryptocurrency market.

I would like someone who understands how to edit an engaging video that will increase watch time on my channel by adding in necessary elements such as sounds, text, infographics, transitions, panning, and stock footage that will make the video more entertaining without me having to give you much input.

I am also looking for someone who understands the necessary elements to creating a YouTube thumbnail that people will want to click on.

I am looking for someone who can edit the video, figure out the main point of the video, a without me having to tell them and without me having to give you much input and do so reliably without too much superivision.

You will also require to understand Youtube copyright system VERY WELL and be a collaborative and hard working team player

I would like someone who can edit one quality video and 5 shorts based on this video in one 8 hour shift or less, on average 5-10 videos a week. This basically means that you will be expected to work full time only for me.

You can work any 8 hour shift, 5 days per week that you would like. Starting pay for this position is $250 per trial month and 300 after 1 month with the opportunity to move up in the future.
