Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Work schedule available: 8 AM to 4 PM US Eastern Time (9 PM to 5 AM Philippine time), Monday to Friday (Saturday or Sunday is optional if you want to earn overtime pay).

This role starts on March 30, 2023.

As a Customer Specialist at Five Star Retail Brands a typical day will include the following:
Provide excellent customer support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chat, and text messages
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Cooperate with other tea ---------- mbers and report to the superior
Process cancellations, refunds, and returns
Communicate to the warehouse to ensure we’re delivering all orders on time
Update customers about the status of their orders

What you need:
Must have at least 3 years of experience in customer service on the phone
Must have at least 1 year experience in managing, supervising, or leading a team
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Excellent spoken English and confidence in speaking on the phone
Can-do mindset, with a sense of ownership, pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
