Your responsibilities will include:
Communicating with a portfolio of clients during the campaign.
Understand how to optimize Facebook Ads (Whether it’s through optimizing for better leads for our clients or not)
Write compelling copy for Facebook Ads headline, body copies using direct response marketing strategies.
Produce eye-catching images or work with our graphic designers to produce one
Manage and deliver writing projects within the agreed-upon ---------- cate and keep clients in the loop on our strategies (conversion rate optimization and lead generation).
Analyze analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing, etc.) to squeeze as much ROI as humanly possible out of each dollar spent.
Understand what makes a great marketing copy.
Craft and deploy irresistible offers across different industries.

I'll be frank.

Our ideal candidate is someone that has a proven track record in Facebook Ads.

Requirements
Attention to detail and time management.
Must have full understanding of how Facebook Ads work and what works and what doesn’t
Know how to look at stats (CTR,Conversion Rate on landing page, Split Testing of copy/offer) to provide optimization steps
Document down changes that have been made so that the client or your team know what has been done to optimize the campaign
Excellent command of English
Positive “can-do” attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver.
Able to understand clients' business thoroughly by asking the right questions if required
Understanding how to perform A/B split testing is a must
Excellent management of Google Drive.
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience or a proven portfolio of past existing Facebook Ads campaigns
Knowledge/portfolio of creating high converting landing pages is a bonus but not a must
