Belltower Property Management is an emerging real estate investment and development company headquartered in Keene, NH, USA. We are seeking a virtual assistant to support our office administration. The role will support the business in the following areas:
-Basic bookkeeping: coding invoices and payments to the correct income and expense accounts. Ability to support more complex accounting functions like loan amortization and escrow analysis is preferred but NOT required.
-Processing inbound maintenence requests: collect more information about the issue and assign work based on our preferred vendors list.
-Some phone support
-Some calendar management

-Document prep
-Some project management -- may be assigned tasks to support project timelines, tenant turnovers, stakeholder communications, etc.
