What You’ll Do
-Engage with busy, young parents across all channels -
-Provide product info and sizing guidance for our little customers
-Handle account & billing requests, order changes & exchanges, and fulfillment & shipping issues while helping out on the messier side of parenting
-Provide backend support with account & order changes and processing replacement orders
