About the role:
The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for providing an initial response to support requests, Provisioning, and resolving minor IT issues.
Provide the first line of support to users and document issues in the tracking tool.
Ensure all open tickets receive daily follow-up.
Resolving minor IT issues via instant messaging, phone,
Provisioning new hire and termination system access.
Produce audits and reports on asset management at reoccurring intervals.
Work closely with management on IT-related projects.
Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement
Complete all training as directed by the supervisor.
Follow policies and procedures as set forth in Employee Handbook.
Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in CS/CIS or related field. Or relevant IT experience.
Experience: One to two years of remote support experience is
plus.
Special Skills (i.e., licenses, certifications, etc.): Excellent English oral and written communication, organizational and problem-solving
