Executive Virtual Assistant Needed

TL;DR - Provide direct support to business owner responsible for running the marketing department of 2 different businesses.
PART TIME position with possibility for LONG-TERM work for the right person.

Looking for someone to help with the following:

Research various topics, software & solutions that we use to run our businesses
Pull data from different sources and generate simple-to-read reports
Make small graphic / video edits when needed

Ideal Candidate:
- Has flexibility and understands that the job will require you to wear many hats.
- Likes to learn & improve on a daily basis
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and likes to be challenged in their work
- Knows that the job at hand will change on a daily / weekly basis
- Is good with numbers, spreadsheets & handling financial data
- Can work during Pacific Standard time zone

Desired, but not required:
- Has experience working with Ecommerce brands (Amazon / Shopify)
