Senior Accounting Analyst -homebase job

The Senior Accounting Analyst is a finance professional responsible for supporting the daily bookkeeping of the company. This position will report to the ---------- conjunction with the Controller, the Senior Accounting Analyst strives to provide exemplary customer service to internal and external contacts while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Please note this is a US based company & night shift will be a requirement.

Job Description:
• Reconcile daily cash balances and merchant fees and make journal entries into Quickbooks
• Offer advanced analysis and review of financial transactions for troubleshooting and correcting errors
•Evaluate internal procedures, as well as analytical statements so as to give suggestions on how to enhance information process and resource flow
• Assist in weekly payroll hours calculation and uploading of journal entry into Quickbooks online for all employees
• Calculate monthly affiliate payouts
• Work with Chargeback Guru to provide back up pertaining to customer disputes
• Assist with Ad Hoc projects & reports as needed

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of related Accounting experience
• Preferrably BS Accountancy graduate.
• Must have previous experience working for US based company
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Tech savvy, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Docs, Quickbooks desktop.

What hours will I work?

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
