Python Developer & Wordpress Expert needed to help custom app

We need someone who is able to program a custom app that will allow us to automate a process that will:

1) Upload a .txt file that contains a name, password and 1-2 other fields to our Wordpress Website
2) Each name & Password will be considered inventory
3) Inventory needs to be updated if customer makes a purchase

Inventory will be added to WooCommerce
