Here at Renu Vacations, your impact makes the difference. Under the supervision of our Director of Finance, you will be in charge of the day-to-day accounting in accordance with US GAAPS, monthly closings and cost control analysis.

What You'll Do:
-Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date the accounting of various entities of the
Group in US GAAPS
-Prepare our monthly/quarterly closings in Quickbooks and also its workpapers
-Update the CB limits for operating expenses purposes
-Make some comparative analysis for cost controlling
-Help our Director of Finance in various projects
-Additional tasks could be added depending on the candidate’s progress

In this full time position you will be working remotely. Working hours will be from 7am to 4pm CST so you can collaborate with our Director of Finance.

What We Look For:
-Bookkeeping experience : bank reconciliation, lettering, basic accounts balance
review, etc
-Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, Excel, and knowing how to use Quickbooks
desktop is a real advantage, but not required
-Strong ability to analyze information and deal with complex problems
-Proficiency in English
-High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-Bachelor degree in Accounting is highly recommended, or a degree in Corporate
Finance is also accepted
