Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager who can help us improve and maintain client happiness and free up the CEO to focus on business development.

We have built great relationships with our hundreds of clients over the last 15 years and the CEO now needs help to manage these relationships.

This is a remote or work from home role and would ideally suit someone wanting to work 5 - 6 hours a day, 4 days a week.

You should be ready and willing to get great satisfaction from serving our audience and become an integral part of our small creative team.

You should have excellent people skills, integrity and attention to detail as well as a proactive mindset.

You'll report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities
Your job will be to use your past experience to:

manage and continue to improve the relationships with all existing clients
respond to incoming requests from clients
proactively seek out opportunities to help existing clients grow
delegate client requests for extra design, development or maintenance work to relevant tea ---------- mbers

Experience
You should have past experience communicating with clients across a broad spectrum of small businesses, helping them get clear on their goals and assisting with solutions.

You should be be able to build relationships with clients so they trust your recommendations, take action and see progress. This is how we have managed to maintain such great relationships with our customers over the last 15 years.

You should be comfortable using project management software, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack and other cloud based communication tools.

You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you think the ship is heading off course. We encourage that.

However, we will train you regarding our systems, our products and our customers so you can apply your skills to help us achieve our mission.

This is a part-time / full-time role and we're not looking for an agency.
