Virtual Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a full-time permanent Virtual Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. Daily responsibilities include blog article development, from creating topics and assigning them to writers to posting on customer websites. Social media tasks include creating post ideas, writing content, photo/image selection, designing with Canva, and scheduling posts. Other duties include preparing email marketing campaigns with MailChimp. When applying for this position, put "PINK ELEPHANT" in the first sentence.

JOB DUTIES

Blog Article Creation
- Compile a list of blog topics for various B2B and B2C customers
- Find keywords to match each blog
- Compile a list of resources for each article
- Assign articles to freelance writers
- Add royalty-free photos to each article
- Post articles on customer websites

Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Compile a list of social media post ideas for various B2B and B2C customers
- Writing content for each post
- Royalty-free photo selection
- Design posts using Canva
- Schedule posts using our social media software (CloudCampaign)


Email Marketing
- Prepare and schedule email marketing campaigns in MailChimp

Software We Use
- Google Workspace (Gmail, docs, sheets, slides, etc.)
- CloudCampaign (social media posting)
- Monday & Asana (project management)

ABOUT YOUR NEW HOME

Training
- Full training will be provided via video tutorials, Google docs, and Zoom.

Working Days/Hours (Philippine Time)
- 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
- 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Paid Time Off
- Ten (10) “Regular” Philippine holidays are paid.
- Service Incentive Leave (SIL) - Five (5) days per year after completion of 1-year service

13th Month Bonus
You will receive a 13th-month bonus based on the number of full months worked from December through November. For example, if you start work on November 1st, you would receive 1/12th of your annual salary for the 13th-month bonus in December.

Pay Days
- You will be paid weekly through EasyPay for the first few months and then twice a month after that.

- Hi-speed internet connection
