Expert Social Media Manager

Seeking an expert VA to help take multiple D2C brands to the next level! Role will be initially Part Time until a proven track record of success. Then Full Time and promotions & bonuses are available.

We are looking for an EXPERT to jump right in and tell us what they can do to help drive our businesses forward. This is not a job for someone starting out and we will pay you accordingly. Must have experience with TikTok (video editing, content strategy)

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
------------------------
• Taking FULL ownership of managing our social media for multiple brands
• Creating, sourcing and developing new content
• Researching and creating engaging, interesting content that will help improve our following over time.
• Creating posts graphics and scheduling content
• Digging into the data to find opportunities for improvement and implementing any findings
• Engaging with users across channels
• Working with influencers and our community of affiliate marketers
• Engaging in Facebook groups and forums
• Administration and recurring daily tasks
• Other tasks as directed and as you are given more responsibility & show ambition
• Bonus: Writing interesting blog content to be posted on our website and featured in email campaigns
• Fully managing social media (Pinterest, FB, IG, TikTok)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have experience with TikTok (video editing, content strategy)
- High speed, reliable internet
- Fluent, EXCELLENT written English (This is very important)
- Confidence in spoken English to present and discuss strategy
- Eagerness and ability to learn quickly
- A video call will be part of the interview process
- Extremely detail-oriented
- 3 years’ experience managing social media accounts (with examples from prior jobs)
- Have extensive knowledge on setting up social media strategies
- Expert on Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube
- Expert on Canva or similar
- Familiar with Planoly or similar
- Bonus: Having experience with paid social marketing
- Bonus: Expert in Lightroom or PhotoShop
- Proactive problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail and flawless execution on all assigned tasks
- Ability to think strategically, work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
