Article writer/summarize content for website

Our company has a project where we need someone who can put together dozens of articles about different topics. The theme of these articles are "the best 10 ways to xxx" and the "best reasons to xxx" -- the xxx topics will be "home remodeling" or "reasons to get an oil change, etc" -- I have the topics and the headline. I need someone who can source good information and the put together short articles which get posted on Facebook. Should also be able to fund an eye catching images to accompany articles. Posting of articles will be to a wordpress website.
