Shopify Accountant/Bookkeeper/CPA

We run a custo ---------- rchandise business on behalf of high-end member clubs that manages ~50 orders per month across ~30 different stores. (many stores each with low volume).

We are looking for someone with Bookkeeping and Accounting Experience and a strong knowledge in Quickbooks Online.
If you have perfect English, are very attentive to details, and a great work ethic, we'd love to work with you.

This is a LONG TERM, stable job with a LOT of room to grow over time.

Job Details:
• 8 hours/day and expect to work 5 days a week (on occasion 6 days a week)
• Ability to work in US hours (some flexibility is possible).
• Salary is commensurate with work experience

We're looking for a quick learner, team player. and most importantly an honest person we can work

• Perfect English, written and verbal
• Extreme Attention to Detail
• Experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping with knowledge of US practices
• Expertise in Quickbooks Online and managing payroll via QBO
• It is a big bonus if the candidate has experience Taxes
• It is not necessary but would be extremely helpful if the candidate is able to create .DST embroidery files.

Role will involve:
• General Bookkeeping
• Monthly commission preparation
• Sending Invoices & some customer correspondence
• Financial Report Preparation
• Bank Reconciliation & Account Reconciliations
• AR/AP/Inventory
