Facebook & Google Ads Expert

I am looking for a Facebook and Google Ads expert. I am not looking to tell someone what to do, but rather you tell me what should be done and be able to do it. I have worked in Marketing for over 6 years and know both Facebook and Google ads but do not have the time to fine-tune our campaigns.

We are a Personal Injury and Social Security Disability Law Firm. We have been doing very well generating leads for Personal Injury on Google however we want to do the same on Social Security Disability and Facebook ads for both.
