Social Media Response Representative

Drop Ship Lifestyle is a U.S. based online education company and we are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Response Rep to be part of our awesome team!

This is a customer service role that focuses on answering questions and monitoring comments on our various social media platforms.

Here are the qualities we are looking for:

- Fantastic written & spoken English. You should be looking for grammar issues in everything you do.

- Constant desire to improve at everything you do.

- Open schedule availability.

- A naturally friendly team player who knows how to open up a conversation with teammates and customers.
