Advanced Web Designer

Looking to put up a website in the next few days. Must be highly proficient at web design and programming. Depending on how the temporary site comes out I might hire on for multiple other projects. The copy for the site is already written so you just need to be able to use the template provided (from dreamtemplate.com) to get the website up with pop ups for newsletter subscription. Should be familiar with aweber.com. Please include any examples and if you can think of anything else that would enhance an online marketing company. Looking for someone to get this up ASAP.

I need this site up by Thursday at the latest.
