Web Designer Senior

Execute and deliver advanced web and digital design solutions in diverse tools used for design and email marketing, taking in consideration the companies quality and technical standards, as well as being able to help their team with basic tasks related to development, and able to hit deadlines and complete tasks within the assigned timeframes. Also fluent in written and verbal English with the ability to speak with clients, if needed, for design-related tasks.

This is a design-only role, but you should be experienced with website development roles.

KEY Functions / Responsibilities

- Create Web design MockUps according to the ticketing system projects (8-12 hours)
- Follow up and get completed the project’s SOP’s.
- Maintain constant communication with their manager
- Report daily updates through the ticketing system, for each ticket worked on that day.
- Attend and participate in the sharing feedback sessions which happen every other week.
- Be a team player and be willing to put the team’s needs before your own comfort.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on solutions and not problems.
- Provide constructive criticism with potential solutions to challenges you see within your job and the company.
- Maintain a clean workspace and pick up after yourself.
- Build daily successful habits and routines to help yourself and your team.
- Weekly: check in with manager on projects, statuses, etc
- Daily: submit project statuses to manager
