JOB OVERVIEW

Event company looking for a qualified Account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements and skills
Previous account management experience
Responsible for phone coverage and managing client inboxes
Preferably with some knowledge of US AV companies and subcontractors
Must have extensive background in the Audio Visual industry
Must be able to hit sales targets and metrics
Preferably male
Must be willing to work EST hours
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Must be comfortable receiving IB calls and answering client inquiries
Accustomed to a client facing role
Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to problem-solve.
Nice skill to have- ability to speak Spanish


We offer a starting salary of $1K (plus bonuses) and then reassess compensation after 1 ---------- could go high as $1.5K (plus bonuses).
