Job Description: Talent Acquisition Partner

Summary:
TA Partner will own identifying, attracting, and building networks of top talent as a key player in reaching our ambitious hiring goals
You are a natural engager and lover of all people who can’t help but to interact with everyone that you meet (including the check-out line at Target).
As a TA Partner, you will utilize candidate research, leverage online recruiting resources, and our in-house ATS to proactively identify, engage, and cultivate talent pipelines for all levels of the organization (associate, mid, senior, executive)
You are a progressive, strategic professional who is capable of interpreting the needs of internal hiring managers and converting their needs into innovative and capable sourcing strategies as the first step in recruiting top talent to join our team
You possess an innate authenticity, agility, tech savvy-ness, and strong interpersonal skills required to drive all areas of sourcing

Responsibilities:
Proactive Pipelining
Create job descriptions
Publish & manage job postings across multiple job boards
Maintain astute awareness of trends including labor market analytics, competition, technology, and general recruitment trends
You will be a critical partner and resource to all Corporate Recruiters, keeping them informed of all aspects of Talent attraction including active pipeline status, bottlenecks, and recommended steps to ensure preparedness to meet monthly / quarterly goals
Actively participate in strategy discussions with Team Leads, the Hiring team, and key stakeholders to understand upcoming & current recruitment needs & requirements of the role
Develop strategies to enhance and/or build active talent pipelines & advise on market insights to ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent
Hands-On Sourcing & Engagement
As part of our front-line team here at Crisp, you will be a trusted SME (subject matter expert) and business partner offering insights to key areas of talent procurement including brand awareness, talent attraction, and candidate engagement
Build a consistent, progressive strategy to unlock the best niche and in-demand talent utilizing all available channels - from Boolean searches, to referrals, to head-hunting, and leveraging alumni / industry networks, while continuing to stay ahead of industry trends to proactively identify and implement new channels
Continuously generate new leads & build proficient “always on” pipelines
Work closely with internal stakeholders, team leads, and hiring managers as the talent attraction SME, to proactively identify talent needs/gaps, discuss pipelining efforts, and develop effective strategies to achieve hiring goals
Build strong candidate relationships; considering the scarcity of the profiles you will look for, you will consistently plan and implement effective outreach strategies to maintain strong relationships with prospective active and passive candidates
Champion & lead internal employee referral campaigns
Administrative Support/MISC
Conduct employment reference checks for new hires brought into the team
Utilize ATS to manage candidate information, track progress, develop pipeline and collaborate cross functionally with other vested stakeholders internally
Identify bottlenecks & areas of opportunity within sourcing processes to further streamline, automate, and eliminate waste
Organize talent acquisition strategy sessions with managers and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager's interactions, and other recruiting activities
Work closely with HR & the Recruiting team to lead, develop and support TA programs and strategies, examples include: relocation, college recruiting, DE&I, vendor management, technology and others, as needed
May support HR with onboarding tasks (if/as needed) i.e - offer letters, drug & background checks (Laura)

Requirements:
What you bring to the table
As a brand ambassador at Crisp, you will be highly skilled in verbal / written communication possessing a keen ability to engage with many different types of people, at all levels, from all walks of life
You are adept at effectively reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need
Strong proficiency conducting phone interviews & assessing candidates using behavioral-based/targeted selection interview questions

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a TA sourcing role and/or recruiting for corporate functions from Entry-level to Executive roles in Sales, Marketing, Ops, Client-facing, Customer Service, etc.
Proven experience using a variety of conventional & unconventional sourcing techniques, including creating Boolean strings and sourcing beyond resume databases
Experience interviewing and proficiently assessing initial candidate fit, particularly with passive candidates
Strong drive for both success and excellence; a self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility who brings an agile mindset & “out of the box” thinking to even the day-to-day activities
A deep understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies
Ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization/planification skills
Experience directly interacting with hiring managers across all levels of the organization, to understand qualifications, present / “sell” candidates, and consult on hiring decisions
