Job Summary:
Creative Assistant is an entry-level, production-focused position responsible for design support of print collateral and digital content across all Optivate brands, divisions, and sales channels. Creative direction will come from a number of sources, and this individual needs to be able to work within specific guidelines. This person should be highly organized and able to prioritize a variety of competing tasks in a complex environment daily. They should possess exceptional attention-to-detail and the ability to take direction from a variety of key stakeholders.
This role requires a high level of organization, project, and time management skills.
Key responsibilities:
English Communication - Speaking/Writing
Utilize existing style guides and design files supplied by the Optivate team to develop graphic materials
Accurate communication of brand(s) identity through design
Support Creative Manager through developing additional creative assets and related tasks
Work cross-functionally with multiple departments across Optivate brand partners and divisions.
This individual may also be responsible for the organization and dissemination of additional marketing materials and assets.
Other duties may be added as required
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Design experience & education in related field; demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Strong eye for visual composition
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
Understanding of print production, digital and multimedia design
Able to accurately communicate brand and corporate identity
Detail-oriented and extremely organized
Excellent time management skills, able to work with tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities – this could include nights/weekend work to meet deadlines
Willingness to work independently as well as part of a team, and to work hard to complete the task at hand

DISC test, IQ test, English Mastery - minimum level C1
