Optivate Agency is growing and is seeking an Account Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure communication and organization of projects working with our national partners.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities for different teams/clients simultaneously. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge and experience in the area of digital marketing as well as experience working in an agency environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents
Update internal databases with account information and campaign set-up
Execute various responsibilities related to client projects
Communicate with cross-functional teams
Help create promotional materials (e.g., presentations, etc.)
Requirements:
Excellent English Communication - Speaking/Writing
Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate within a team
Proven 2+ years of work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role
Excellent proofreading skills
Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns
Organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
High level of flexibility and adaptability
Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to comprehend digital products
Proficient in using the internet, MS Office, Google apps, Basecamp program a plus

DISC test, IQ test, English Mastery - minimum level C1
