About the Company

US-based Real Estate Investment Firm in Rental Management is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to work with the Real Estate Business. We have tea ---------- mbers in the US and PH collaborating daily on operating the Real Estate business and solving problems.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:
Have 2-3 year experience being an HR manager
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Build and oversee the HRM system
Ensure job descriptions are up to date
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys
Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives


What We Provide:
Start as part-time work at PH 20,000/month variable w/ experience and workload expectations. Current position is expected to be 20hrs on a scheduled time a week. This position can also be a freelance scenario of variable workload throughout the month on an ongoing basis.

What You Provide:
Must have your own working computer,
Must have high speed internet not below 20mbps
Must have appropriate software
Must be willing to learn and take assignments with deadlines
Must communicate through Slack, Google Meet, Skype, and other common platforms
Must perform well in a team environment
Must meet deadlines
Must be responsive and communicative during the work day.
