Bookkeeper -QUICKBOOKS SPECIALITY

I own and manage multiple real estate investments businesses in the Baltimore, Maryland area. I am seeking a part-time Bookkeeper that is an expert of specialist in QuickBooks to help manage the financial books. I have rental properties, so experience with real estate and or property management would be helpful. Understanding standard accounting principles is required along with experience using QuickBooks.
