POSITION SUMMARY:
The Revenue Manager is responsible for both strategic and tactical initiatives related to revenue and occupancy
maximization of vacation rentals along with working with other staff members to achieve revenue goals.

As the Revenue Manager, the ideal candidate will have familiarity with the hospitality industry and past
experience in this ---------- ndidate must have the proven ability to work unsupervised but attend training to learn the system.

REVENUE MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies.
? Conduct competitive rate and demand analysis
Develop monthly budget projection by property and track each month
? Review and update current comp sets, as needed, to ensure rates are accurate and competitive
? Maintain distribution channel data integrity
? Maintain accurate rates, information and content in all property listings.
? Perform revenue management service for vacation rentals
? Responsible for competitor analysis, pricing and minimum stay management.
? Evaluate performance of distribution partners and maintain listing integrity on those platforms.
? Work with marketing to optimize listings with best photos, headlines and descriptions on our site & partner sites.
? Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
? Manage seamless communication between Revenue Management and Reservations team to ensure that
revenue and occupancy goals are being met.
? Work with marketing to create promotions in order to drive business in need periods.
? Create and distribute quarterly newsletter

REVENUE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
? Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
? Strong time management skills, ability to work unsupervised and ability to prioritize work.
? Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

REVENUE MANAGER EXPERIENCE:
? Candidate should have 1 or more years in the vacation rental / hotel industry and 3 or more years of revenue
management experience.
? Experience in revenue management is important to the success of this role.
? Candidate must have excellent analytical skills and must fully comprehend the travel industry distribution
landscape.
? Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are imperative as the candidate will interact remotely with owners and
other staff members.
? Candidate must be able to effectively communicate ideas in verbal and written presentations.
? The right person for this position will have a demonstrated ability to communicate and have proven success in
follow up, multi-tasking, leadership and accountability.
