JOB OVERVIEW

The person in this role is focused on supporting the job search for a US-based Digital role. This role will focus on getting the candidate through ATS and, in the first interview, finding relevant jobs and great companies to work ---------- requires expertise in digital marketing and eCommerce to be able to adjust resume and job descriptions, and excellent proficiency in written English.
Objective.
The goal is to get a Digital Marketing / Ecommerce job in the top 1,000 corporations in the US. The job level in search is Director, Sr. Director, or VP depending on the company's size. The job must be either remote or in the east coast states of Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina & West Virginia.
Resume and JD - Keyword Match – Time 50%
Recruiters use ATS Tools to sort candidates. These tools are very limited in their logic to sparse resumes. The tool won't capture the same, even basic things such as the plural of a word vs. a singular. Recruiters use this to give a numerical value to resumes, leaving many great candidates out of the ---------- is critical to tailor each resume.
a. Utilize ---------- to track job-matching applications
b. Scan JD and Resume and optimize score to 70%
c. Rewrite sentences and change words to the nomenclature, e.g., cross functional vs. cross-functional
d. Expertise in digital will be required as some statements will be needed to be rewritten entirely to match keywords
e. Maintain a database of rewritten sentences to reuse

2. Find Director, Sr. Director, VP of the companies – Time 35%
With the advance of job posting technology, many fantastic opportunities get buried on social media platforms. Scan for top job postings that match the executive profile, with supporting research about salaries, company culture, and employee ratings.Scan for the best daily postings of fortune 1000 companies

b. Utilize 1) LinkedIn 2) Glassdoor 3) Google jobs 4) Indeed to find the best weekly opportunities available.

3. Company Research – Time 15%
Review all fortune 500 companies and fill in the key metrics, including industry, location, growth, employees, ratings, and salaries. This will guide the search for companies that better match the employee's values.
a. Fill in the fortune 500 report
b. The list will be provided with key metrics
c. Rank based on best match and utilize this list to guide role search
