Finance Manager

Our journey over the past five years has been incredible. Having created a trusted brand in the North East of England, by revolutionising and modernising the window cleaning market, we built a profitable business, with a loyal customer base, and quickly realised that others could share our success around the UK, by franchising our company.

We now have amazing entrepreneurs working with us throughout the UK, supported by our brilliant head office team.

As part of our continued growth, we need a talented financial specialist who can run financial models, predictions, and analysis as well as general day-to-day bookkeeping and accountancy.

What's a day in life in this role?

- Financial modelling for our growth plans
- Producing financial statements for franchisees
- Risk analysis, showing us where and when we have to make crucial financial decisions
- On-time and accurate reporting..
- The role is part-time, and we work to a GMT schedule
- Measuring and monitoring KPIs throughout the business
- Working closely with the managing director (myself) on a daily basis.

What you will need?

- The ability to react positively in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative and being able to think outside the box.
- The ability to work to targets and hit KPIs.
- The drive to work hard and contribute to the business's success.
- A friendly and well-spoken communication manner.
- Passion and enthusiasm for the brand.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Knowledge of the UK tax system
- Exceptional ability on google sheets
- The ability to use Sage.

We are a startup and are growing through growth at the minute, meaning we're losing money month on month. We are looking for an EXPERT who can also suggest where they can add value to the business. You will be our only internal finance role so must have great initiative and lead this department of the business.
