Japanese Speaking Shopify Virtual Assistant Wanted!

Hello - I have a dropshipping store on Shopify for the Japanese market (so it's in Japanese), and I'm looking to hire a store manager virtual assistant for it.

The most important skill is that you are able to write and read Japanese. Japanese will be used for the following tasks:
- replying to customer emails
- setting up new product pages
- verifying the addresses entered by the customer and fulfilling the order
- writing new promo emails
- posting on social media

I will need you to work 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.

As the store grows and order quantity increases, your hours will also need to be increased.

Required Skills:
- Japanese (read and write) - looking for JLPT N3 level or better (you don't need to have passed the exams)
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable
- Be able to think and make judgements on your own

Great to have (but not required):
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with order fulfillment
- Customer support emailing
- Photo Editing (Photoshop / Canva / Photopea)
- Video Editing
- Experience with Klaviyo (or any other emailing software)
