Planogram Specialist

Design and develop merchandising presentations and create planograms for product categories that incorporate the most current merchandise presentation standards, company financial objectives, reflect the Product Manager's input and strategy for the category, and support an easy shopping experience for the customer.

Duties
- Be responsible for the creation, validation and delivery of planograms to your clients
- Ensure planograms are prepared with relevant data: assortment, product attributes, sales performance
- Leverage automation to build multiple versions of planograms based on specific assortments, clustering, alternative fixture variations and merchandising guidelines
- Review and validate all planograms for adherence to guidelines and conformity to manufacturer and retailer standards
- Support the planogram delivery projects with various reporting requirements in Excel
- Manage and track planogram store assignment information
- Identify opportunities to improve process, automation and methods

Skills
- Possess advanced skills in analytics, mathematics, Microsoft Excel, and/or automation development
- Have the desire and ability to quickly understand new technologies, concepts, and architectures
- Are self-starters and can work well independently as well as manage time effectively
- Are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time
