PPC/FB Ads SEM Specialist

We're a full-service digital marketing agency looking to expand our team to include a proficient PPC and Fb Ads specialist.

We're expanding our Paid Search and Social advertising services and now need someone to come on board and handle the day-to-day execution of strategies and optimizations for client accounts.

You must have demonstratable experience managing over 70,000/month in ad spend.

You will be responsible for approximately 50-70K in ad spend each month between Google and FB Ads.

You will be managing between 4-6 client accounts each month and are expected to be on top of each one.
You'll write, design, and launch ad campaigns across Google and Facebook for these clients with the core goal of increasing conversions while reducing their CPA. You will need to provide examples of previous campaigns with monthly ad spends over $2,000/mo minimum to demonstrate your performance history.

Optimizations will need to be made every week to the campaigns to ensure the best performance.

You'll also need to be familiar with Google's new "performance max" campaigns as we have some clients using those.

You must speak well and write in English as you'll initially accompany me on client calls and eventually take them over. Our SEO manager will also be able to assist with meetings.

Requirements:
3+ years of PPC experience
2+ years of FB ads experience
Google Ads Certified
Understanding of the iOS14.5 updates and know-how to track user actions using the FB Pixel.
Well-spoken English
Working hours between 10-5pm eastern time
Ability to develop your own task list
Problem solving initiative
Attention to detail is imperative
Able to take a complex problem, and break it down into a simple summary for clients to understand.
Strong adherence to deadlines
Ability to generate leads from ad campaigns for clients
